Marcus Crawford returns to Cardiff for a second season with the Devils.

He led all defenceman in league scoring last season, finishing with 9 goals and 48 assists for 57 points in 54 games. 

Crawford was the only defenceman to finish in the top ten in league scoring.  He was selected onto the EIHL First All-Star Team and won EIHL Defenceman of the Year last season. 

Before coming to Cardiff, he put up big numbers in back to back seasons with the Kansas City Mavericks of the ECHL, scoring 42 and 52 points respectively.  He was selected to play in the ECHL All-Star game in 2021-22 and won the All-Star MVP after scoring three goals and adding an assist in the game.  

Before turning pro, he played four years for the Saginaw Spirit of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).
