Duggan returns for a fifth season as a Devil after originally joining the team in November 2018 when he was just 20 years old. 

Last season, he scored 4 goals and 12 assists playing in all 74 games in all competitions. Duggan was named an assistant captain ahead of the 2021-22 season and wore an ‘A’ again last year.

Duggan moved to Cardiff in the 2018-19 season after a brief stint in North America with the Jamestown Rebels. Prior to that Duggan played 4 years in Sweden with Orebro HK. He was the assistant captain for the team in the Under 20s SuperElite League. 

As a Devil, he has won two Playoff Championships, the first in 2019 and the second in 2022.
