Everything you need to know about attending a Devils game
Our aim is to make you feel safe so you can relax and enjoy the thrill of live ice hockey whether you are cheering for the Devils or your team playing against the Devils.
Tickets
We encourage you to book in advance online to avoid queuing on match night at the box office. You can also call us on 0800 0842 666 to book over the phone, but online is always going to be the easiest way to book your seats.
doors open
Doors open 90 minutes before face-off. We ask that you do not bring bags unless absolutely necesssary. If you do bring a bag, it will be searched.
parking
Parking is available in the main carpark and the former Toys R Us carpark (former vaccine centre as well). Wilcox House carpark is also available. Toys R Us & WIlcox House cost £3 to park. Read all about where to park HERE
card payments
All of our concession stands can take contactless payment but we do still accept cash.
programmes & raffles
We sell match night programmes, 50/50 tickets, Shirt of His Back tickets and Chuck a Pucks throughout the game. We have contactless payment for all of these available at the game night sales stands located in the downstairs cafe, the top of Block 3 and the stand in front of Block 4 . The roaming sellers all accept cash or card as well.
vending machines
Vending machines now accept card payment as well as coins.
outside food & drink
No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue.
smoking re-entry
Smoking breaks permitted during period breaks only via the main entrance. You will need to get your hand stamped by security to gain re-entry.
