Forwards Sam Duggan and Logan Neilson have been added to the Great Britain squad after Brandon Whistle had to withdraw because of injury.  The pair will report to Nottingham today to join training camp which got under way Tuesday night with GB's first practice session.

Duggan has 12 Great Britain caps to his name while it's a first international call-up for Neilson who made five appearances for GB Under-20s.

Head Coach, Pete Russell, said: "It's a blow to lose Brandon so late in the process and I know how disappointed he is not to be with us.

"We have called-up Sam and Logan who jumped at the opportunity to join the camp at this late stage, which shows their character.

"Both players have different skillsets and will add different options to our group moving forward this week.

"This gives us a real chance to assess our guys in the coming days and we make a decision after the weekend as to who will travel to Prague."

GB play Poland twice this weekend as part of their preparations for the World Championship which gets under way in Czechia next month.
