Hospitality packages are located within our 'Amber Energy Corporate Lounge' and offer the best seating in the arena, a premium private corporate bar and a chance to enjoy all of the action alongside Cardiff Devils sponsors, corporate partners, directors and squad players in a stunning surrounding.

We offer two forms of hospitality detailed below: 

Match night Sponsorship Package (18 Guests) - £2,000 (plus VAT)

 

  • Your company logo displayed on the arena big screens from doors opening until player introductions as the match sponsor
  • Your company logo displayed throughout the arena TV screens throughout the evening as the match sponsor
  • Your company logo featured as the match sponsor in the match night programme
  • A representative from your company will be invited onto the ice to perform the ceremonial face off with both team captains (you will receive a professional photograph of this.)
  • The Man of the match for the Devils will present you with a signed shirt on the Ice during the post game presentations.
  • VIP Entrance to the arena (entrance opens one hour before Face Off)
  • A Reserved section of the Amber Energy Corporate Lounge for you and your guests.
  • Food included for all guests (A delicious Cold Buffet served from out Catering Partners in the lounge)
  • A £500 bar tab is included within your booking within the Amber Energy Lounge.
  • Your company logo displayed on the match sponsor screen within the Amber Energy Lounge.
  • Complimentary Teas and Coffees throughout the game.
  • VIP Lanyard passes for all guests
  • VIP padded seating within the arena
  • Complimentary Match Night Programmes

Amber Energy Lounge Corporate Hospitality - £29 (plus VAT) per person

 

  • VIP Entrance to the arena (entrance opens one hour before Face Off)
  • Access to the 'Amber Energy Corporate Lounge'
  • A Complimentary Welcome Drink of your choice in the Amber Energy Lounge
  • Complimentary Teas and Coffees throughout the game.
  • VIP padded seating within the arena
  • Bar Tab Facilities and Pre Paid Bar Allowance Options
The Amber Energy Lounge will open an hour before face off and will remain open for thirty minutes after the completion of the game.  A Cash bar in the arena will be open until later if required.
