At home v Guildford then away to Coventry in weekend of Cup games
Week two of the season and this weekend is all about th Challenge Cup.
FLAMES IN TOWN ON SATURDAY NIGHT - The Devils host Guildford on Saturday night, a team they dominated in the Challenge Cup last season, winning all 4 games against the Flames in the qualifying round a year. ago It was a different story in the regular season, as the two teams split the season series with 3 wins apiece.

The only other game was the playoff semi-final, which the Devils won 3-2 despite being out shot 34 to 20 before going on to win the 2022 Playoff Championship. The Flames always bring their 'A" game to Cardiff and we expect nothing less this Saturday.

SUNDAY ON THE ROAD TO COVENTRY – The Devils head to Coventry to face the Blaze on Sunday with the puck dropping at 5:30pm. Last season, the Devils and Blaze each won two games against each other in the qualifying round of the Cup, each winning once at home and once on the road. The Devils had the edge in the regular season, winning 4 games and losing twice to the Blaze, shutting them out twice along the way.
