Season Ticket Collection

Your season ticket cards are available to collect from Vindico Arena's main reception all this week from 8:00am to 7:00pm and then on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 

PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ID FOR EACH SEASON TICKET CARD YOU ARE COLLECTING - NO EXCEPTIONS

Photo ID is preferred, but we will also accept a bank card, birth certificate, or utility bill.  You can ONLY collect other season ticket holders tickets for them if you have physical ID for them too.  

Here is a list of things that are NOT accepted as ID to collect a season ticket:

• A photo of yours or someone else's ID on your phone
• A photo of you sitting in your seat last season
• A picture on the website of you at a game last season
• Saying something like "Katrina knows me, go ask her..."
• Bringing someone with you that tells us "I know them, it's fine..."

We will not tolerate rude or aggressive behaviour towards our staff because you fail to bring proper ID.  Unfortunately, this happens every year and it is simply unacceptable.  Just bring ID for every ticket you want to collect and everyone will be happy.

All season ticket cards will remain for collection at the Arena’s main reception, allowing you plenty of time to collect in advance of the first season ticket game on Sunday 14th September.
