With the cancellation of the season, we’ve had to get creative with a way to do our annual end of season jersey auction.
Here are the answers to most of the questions you may have right now (as of 12 noon on March 18th):
Is the Devils Office and/or Shop Still Open? No – please do not come to the Devils office or shop in person. Whilst staff are currently in the office and shop, we are only here for essential work to get the season closed down and players home. After that we will all be following government guidelines and working from home.
I am a current Season Ticket Holder. What should I do? Please CLICK HERE to read separate information for current season ticket holders.
I have purchased tickets for an upcoming game. What should I do? You will be receiving an email in the next 48 hours outlining your options. If you haven’t been emailed by Monday March 23rd, please email us on [email protected] with your booking details (full name, game you booked for, email used on booking, phone number, booking reference). If you don’t have access to email, please call us on 0800 0842 666 from Tuesday March 24th.
I have flexi tickets. What should I do? If you have unused Flexi tickets for the remainder of this season, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll issue a flexi ticket for next season.
I’ve got a puck sponsor / birthday package / mascot package / announcement booked - What should I do? Where possible, we ask that you move these forward to next season. However, if this is not feasible for you, please contact us on [email protected] to discuss alternative arrangements.
I had a puck sponsorship but haven’t had my photo – how do I collect it? All puck sponsor photos will be available for collection at a later date. If you prefer not to wait, we can post the photo out to you. Please contact [email protected] with the details of the game and the player that you booked the photo with.
What about the End of Season Awards? Although the event itself has been cancelled, we still want to celebrate the 2019/20 season and the players that made it. We’ll be doing an online voting (via email) and present the winners on social media. Voting will commence next week from Monday March 23rd and the awards will be announced on the evening of March 30th, the same date of the original Awards evening. If you already purchased tickets for this event, we will move your tickets to next season's Awards night.
I sponsored a black jersey. What happens with that? All the black sponsor jerseys will be posted out to you. Email [email protected] and give us your full name, postal address and the jersey you sponsored to match against our records and we will post it out to you.
Will there be a jersey auction / equipment sale etc? We are looking into the options of this and are hoping to have more information soon on what we are going to do with the remaining game worn and warmup jerseys that would have been raffled or auctioned off at one of the last home games of the season.
What about season tickets for 2020/21? Season tickets are on sale now and there are options to pay in full or to pay monthly. Any questions or if you need help completing forms, email [email protected] with your contact details and Katrina will get in touch with you.
What about Matthew Myers testimonial in May? At this time, Matthew’s testimonial scheduled for Saturday May 30th is not on sale, and won’t go on sale until we can confirm that the Arena will be up and running for this event.
