On Saturday night, we celebrate the career of Joey Martin in his Testimonial Game. Here's everything you need to know...
TICKETS – It's nearly a sell-out but we have held back a bunch of seats together at the top of block 18, 19, 20. You cannot book these online, you need to call us on 0800 0842 666 to book over the phone. Face-off is 5:00pm on Saturday night.
EXCLUSIVE PRE-GAME MINGLE – The main bar will be open from 2:00pm with Joey and the rest of his testimonial teammates mingling with fans. Some players will also join Joey on stage from 2:30pm until 4:00pm. The main bar can only hold up to 200 people, so this has to be a separate ticketed event. Your ticket includes your first drink at the bar (pint of beer or cider, single spirit, wine or soft drink). You must also have a ticket for the game to attend this pre-game event, and you will be required to show both tickets to gain entry. The pre-game mingle is now sold out.
We aren't trying to fleece you on this, we literally can only hold 200 people and if it wasn't ticketed, there would be people standing outside once we hit capacity. Your ticket is £6, which covers your first drink. 
DOORS OPEN – If you aren't attending the pre-game mingle, then doors open 1 hour before face-off, so 4:00pm.
FORMAT – The teams will be decided on Friday night at the Dinner & Draft Party. The two teams will face-off as follows:
- Warmup at 4:20pm
- First Period is 15 minutes - 10 minutes 5 on 5 followed by 5 minutes of 3 on 3 hockey
- Ice Cut
- Second Period is a Skills Competition - fun competitive games between the two teams
- Chuck A Puck
- Third Period - 10 minutes 5 on 5 followed by 5 minutes of 3 on 3 hockey
JERSEYS – Every player has 3 jerseys because we don't know which team they will be selected onto in the draft. They will wear every jersey throughout the night in either warmup or one of the periods. Those fans/companies that sponsored a jersey can pick them up in the Wessex Lounge (top of block 19) after the game. One set will go into the postgame auction and one set will go online for a raffle next week. There will be a mix of black, green and white jerseys in the auction and online raffle. 
A GOAT LOAD OF PRIZES – we have a dream shirt raffle on the night with tickets £2 each or 3 for £5. The list of prizes in the shirt raffle are:
- Cole Sanford – Autographed game-worn jersey from 2024-25
- Riley Brandt - Autographed game-worn jersey from 2024-25
- Sam Duggan – Autographed game-worn jersey from 2024-25
- Team Canada – 4 Nations jersey
- Joey Martin Testimonial jersey signed by the entire roster
- Signed Joey Martin used stick from 2024-25
SOUVENIR PROGRAMME - We just read it and you will absolutely not want to miss out on this. Articles from Todd Kelman, Andrew Lord, Sean Bentivoglio, Joey Haddad, Jake Morissette, Mark Richardson and many more. Plus photos through the years of Joey and his teammates on the ice and away from the rink. You will laugh, you will cry, you will need to pick up a copy before they sell out.

POSTGAME AUCTION – The Testimonial jerseys will be auctioned off right after the game in the main bar – 34 game worn jerseys in total including 3 worn by the main man himself. There will be a mix of green, white and black jerseys in the auction along with a handful of other cool Joey Martin memorabilia. We accept cash or card. 
CHUCK A PUCK – 5 chances to win in Chuck a Puck - 4 corner face-off dots win a Testimonial t-shirt and the centre ice winner gets a Joey Martin replica jersey signed by the entire Testimonial roster. Get your foam pucks from our match night sales stands.
PARKING - The usual arrangements for parking on Devils match nights is in place for Saturday, which means the former Toys R Us carpark will be open - it's £5 cash per vehicle. The overflow area of that carpark will be opened if required and of course there is always the option of paying to park in Morrisons, but remember to pay (see images below)! CAMERAS – No camera or video equipment is permitted in the Arena. You can take photos/videos using your smartphones only.
POSTGAME PARTY – Catch up with Joey and the rest of the players after the game for a drink or two in the main bar and in the Arena. We expect this to be very busy so the doors from the main bar into the Arena will be open, which will allow everyone to spill out into the Arena so we can have as many people hanging around as possible. The players will join us after the auction, so please hang around to see your favourite current and former Devils.
