Sunday 7th December is Air The Bear

Air The Bear returns on Sunday 7th December when we host the Glasgow Clan at 5:00pm.

Bring a brand new stuffed toy to the game and be ready to toss them onto the ice when the Devils score their first goal.  The players will then distribute the toys before Christmas to our chosen charitable partners.Here's the important stuff to remember about Air The Bear:

• Soft toys MUST be brand new  
• The soft toys MUST be wrapped in a clear plastic bag to keep them clean
• If toys are used or not wrapped, we simply cannot use them

We will distribute the soft toys to Dreams & Wishes, Cardiff Women’s Aid, United Welsh, the Wallich Family Shelter, Kidney Wales and the Toy Box Project.Air the Bear has become an annual event for the Devils in December and your generosity each season helps make Christmas special for those that need it most at this time of year.  Below is a photo from last year's game showing some of our volunteers clearing up the stuffed toys from the ice. 

If you want to help us clear up the soft toys on the ice on Sunday, we could really use some extra pairs of hands.  You need to be able to skate, and have a helmet as well as already have a ticket for the game or be a season ticket holder.  Email [email protected] before Friday 5th December at 5pm with your information including full name and proof of ticket.
