How does the suspension of the 2020-21 season affect you?
Here are your options as a Cardiff Devils season ticket holder:
- OPTION 1 - If you have paid in full, you can leave your money where it is and roll it over to the 2021-22 season. This freezes your price and guarantees your seat for next season. You will also have access to all the benefits of being a season ticket holder including exclusive offers, specific merchandise and events for season ticket holders only.
- OPTION 2 - If you pay by direct debit, you can keep paying your direct debits until March 2021. This freezes your price and guarantees your seat for next season. You will also have access to all the benefits of being a season ticket holder including exclusive offers, specific merchandise and events for season ticket holders only.
- OPTION 3 - If you pay by direct debit, you can choose to pause your current direct debit and roll over your balance to the new 2021-22 season. You’ll still be able to reap the same benefits, keep your same seat, and get access to exclusive season ticket holder merchandise, offers and events but you will be subject to any price increase for the 2021-22 season.
- OPTION 4 - You can request a refund of what you have paid to date. So if you paid in full or if you have been paying by direct debit, you will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid to date with no cancellation fees. However you would then be subject to any price increase for the 2021-22 season. Your seat will be reserved for you until the end of April 2021, but you will not have access to any season ticket benefits, offers or exclusive events this year.
