Whether you are coming to both games this weekend, or taking your pick between the two, there is plenty going on this weekend at Ice Arena Wales...
The Elite Ice Hockey League have released the full 2018-19 fixtures.
The Devils home schedule features 18 Saturday Nights, 13 Sundays, 2 Fridays and 5 midweek games (this is including pre-season and Champions League).
After 5 weeks of pre-season and Champions Hockey League games, the Devils officially open their season at home against the Nottingham Panthers on September 15th.
The Devils have also introduced four early face-off dates (3 Sundays and New Year's Day) when the puck will drop at 4:00pm.
Devils MD Todd Kelman explained "We wanted to introduce a few 4pm face-offs to attract more families with young kids. We did an early face-off a couple of years ago and we noticed alot more families in the crowd.
"We want to ensure we are selling out for years to come and we need to offer opportunities for the next generation of fans to come to games. Bedtime on Sunday night weighs in on some families' willingness to go out on Sunday night, so the 4pm face-off gives them a few games where that is not an issue."
"We are still keeping the majority of our Sunday games at 6pm, and since we usually sell out, we aren't looking to move the face-off to 4pm for all games, but a few games a year with an earlier face-off is a good thing for widening our fanbase.
"Research into UK sports fans shows that if you didn't attend live sports as a kid you are far less likely to attend when you are an adult. We want to make sure we are welcoming that next generation of fans as well as our current fanbase."
