The Devils jumped into a tie for first place with the Nottingham Panthers after beating them on Saturday Night in front of nearly 6,000 people at Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham.
The Devils and Ice Arena Wales are introducing increased security measures for the 2017/18 season.
Everyone attending Devils matches should familiarise themselves with the full list of terms and conditions for attending a Devils Home match, which can be found HERE
Here are the changes for the 2017/18 season:
BAG SEARCHES - As part of our recent security reviews, rucksacks and large bags are not permitted in the arena. Security checks (bag searches) of all handbags will be undertaken on entry. If your handbag is too large, there are lockers inside that you will be required to use for your bag on a first come, first served basis. We suggest you do not bring large bags or rugsacks to avoid any issues.
FOOD & DRINK - Only food and drink purchased in the venue may be consumed within it (except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds) so PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN REFRESHMENTS as we reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.
SMOKING AREA - A smoking area is provided during period breaks only, exiting the arena through the VIP entrance on the ground floor and is subject to availability. This exit is through the corridor past the toilets from the downstairs cafe area. The main entrance is no longer used for exit or re-entry during period breaks. You are required to have a valid game ticket to exit into the smoking area and re-enter the arena. Please ensure you take your ticket, or smart phone with your e-ticket on it with you if you decide to use the smoking area between periods.
QUEUEING TIMES - The increased security will likely increase queueing times, so please plan in advance. We suggest arriving close to doors opening time (1 hour prior to face-off), rather than face-off time.
Please allow yourself sufficient time to enter the arena and we thank you for working with us to ensure your safety at our events.
