Devils eased to victory against an under strength Flyers with a Jeff Pierce double leading the way.

It’s now six wins from their last seven for Devils, while Flyers have only one victory from their last sixteen.

It took Devils only 20 seconds to take the lead when Pierce scored his first of the night and at 7.59 it was 2-0 to the visitors with Scott Dobben on target.

Devils doubled that two-goal advantage in the second session with strikes by Adam Harding at 22.00 and Pierce again at 35.03 before the hosts grabbed their only counter of the game at 38.02 with Steven Gunn firing home.

Devils coasted in the third period, adding one more goal from the stick of Ben Davies at 43.59 and it is a strong looking Devils heading into the Play-Offs on current form.
