Devils TV has recently received a shot in the arm from sponsors Imagineer.

As a Photographic and image provider, Imagineer understands the power of the image and has provided the club with equipment and technical support to enhance the match night experience.

New cameras, new angles and new recording equipment mean that the ability of the production team to bring you in-game replays (and subsequently highlights) is faster than ever before. The recent replay of the Max Birbraer tussle was even shown prior to the next re-start of the match!

Jason Digby of Imagineer said,

“I was keen to help out with Devils TV and after discussions and some research we decided on the new equipment, which has worked very well so far. I am extremely pleased with the results and we have already upgraded the initial system, with more improvements on the way."

Indeed additional camera angles are being discussed and in-game audio will soon be added to the highlights on the Devils TV online channel, to increase enjoyment of the best parts of the match.

Devils’ Productions consultant Paul Sullivan said:

“Imagineer have been a fantastic help to our match night. Jason has provided invaluable, friendly technical support and the equipment he has sourced is working extremely well for us. We have upped the quality of our cameras, and soon we will be looking to improve the offering again with new temporary locations being trialled, audio and improved game night graphics.

Imagineer have been sponsors for a while – they sponsored Kenton last season and are Chris Frank’s player sponsor this season – but it’s been great to see them expand their commitment to the club with this excellent technical support of our match night efforts.

Their expertise combined with the hard work of Gareth Hubback and the support of Chris Hartrey at the arena means we keep Devils TV at the front of the entertainment stakes in UK Hockey terms.

Imagineer has also been helping the club commercially with a generous contribution to the merchandise sales – more on that soon on cardiffdevils.com
