Director of Hockey: Shannon Hope
The Cardiff Devils are extremely proud of the work of the Devils Community Foundation as the club’s official charity. Under the leadership of Brent Pope it is ensuring the Devils engage, cultivate and re-connect strong relationships within the community of South Wales.
Simon joined the team at the start of December to fulfill a crucial role with the club, and to ensure that the massive strides taken by the club off the ice during the last season and a half continue to progress.
Having worked with Shannon in the past during his time at Shinedog, Simon is fully aware of the passion and commitment of the hockey fans in Cardiff, and is relishing the chance of becoming part of the family.

Paul has been involved with the club since 1990, when he first began watching ice hockey. He is a former Chairman of the board of the supporters club and General Manager of the Cardiff Devils, during which time he was intstrumental in brokering deals with such sponsors as Coca-Cola and Fordthorne. Returning now as Productions Manager, Paul's main responsibilities are Match night production, event staging and hosting, managing the all new Cardiffdevils.com and overseeing the launch of Devils TV. Paul is also the creative liasion with Comms Creative, helping design and realise the images and video that strengthen the Devils' brand.

Sarena is very excited about starting the new role, having worked for Matt for several years. Sharing the team's vision and pride in wanting to make the Cardiff Devils a welsh business success story, Sarena believes it’s important to explore all business opportunities available to the club, and looks forward to creating and building relationships with strategic partners. As a proud Welsh parent Sarena sees the family attraction to the sport, and the culture of ice hockey as an important aspect and asset of our business.
Marketing and Communications Executive: Keira Evans-Determan

Keira has been working in sports and entertainment for 3 years and started her career as a brand ambassador and model in South Wales. She graduated from Glamorgan University with a BA First Class Honours degree in Management and Business and minors in both Human Resources and International Marketing. Sports have always been an important feature to Keira’s life, having participated largely in a variety of sporting activities from a game of Footy to Irish Dance. She love’s to try anything new and is keen to take on a good challenge. While a student, Keira took her first steps into the professional sports industry as a VIP Hostess at the Welsh Millennium Stadium working for the WRU during rugby internationals and other important league games. Keira has enjoyed watching Ice Hockey from a spectator position for over six years and when the opportunity came up to work with the Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey Club, she couldn’t think of a better fit to her lifestyle and career goals. Keira is currently studying her Msc in Strategic Marketing at Cardiff University and is due to graduate in September 2010. During match nights, Keira will be the Cardiff Devils In-Game Hostess, looking after our corporate clients and interacting with fans during period breaks. Throughout the week, Keira manages Marketing and PR, including player promotions, events and hospitality.
