The Cardiff Devils Flex ticket is the easy and convenient way to attend a game of your choice, or to give someone a Hockey night out in Cardiff as a gift. 

They are called Flex tickets as they are not date-specific, meaning you can choose whichever game suits your schedule best to enjoy a Cardiff Devils match night. Once you have purchased your Flex ticket you simply call the box office (029 20 382001) to reserve a seat at your chosen game. Then take your Flex ticket to the arena, exchange it for your match ticket at the box office, sit back and enjoy the show!

Seating is always subject to availability and advance booking is advised.

Safety Notices

For your safety and protection please keep alert at all times and be aware that the Specsavers Puck may leave the ice during play.

Flash photography is not permitted within the arena as it is a safety hazard for players and spectators.

Please do not move around the arena whilst the game is in play.

Payment information

From Monday 22nd November 2010 the following charges will be applied to all card transactions made to the Cardiff Devils over the phone:

Debit Cards (Electron, Maestro and Visa Debit): £1

Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard): 3% charge

In order to keep providing the Cardiff Devils supporters with the best possible offers, there remains no card transaction charges payable for anything bought through the Cardiff Devils online shop.

IMPORTANT:
The Cardiff Devils do not operate the box office for the Cardiff Bay Arena. When booking online or on the telephone for Devils matches via the Box Office, booking fees and card charges as as per the terms and conditions of Planet Ice or ticketable. These are available upon request. We apologise for any inconvenience.
