Flash photography is not permitted within the arena as it is a safety hazard for players and spectators.

Please do not move around the arena whilst the game is in play.

From 1st September 2012 the following charges will be applied to all card transactions made to the Cardiff Devils over the phone:

Debit Cards (Electron, Maestro and Visa Debit): £1

Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard): 3% charge

The Cardiff Devils do not operate the box office for the Cardiff Bay Arena. When booking online or on the telephone for Devils matches via the Box Office, booking fees and card charges as as per the terms and conditions of Planet Ice or ticketable.
